BR Mk1 TPO stock

The British Railways Mk1 TPO (Travelling Post Office) stock was used to carry mail and in many cases to provide sorting facilities on the move.

Doors open automatically for loading/unloading, or can be actioned manually if required.

 The standard ACS system implemented on the wagons.

Configured for parcel trolley loads (included).

This is built from diagram 727 and is the vehicle used to provide additional storage capacity when marshalled with a sorting van.

This is built from diagram 733 and is used to provide additional storage capacity when marshalled with a sorting van whilst also providing a guard compartment.
